Music, musicians, dance and the instruments are all inspiring.
They are all common themes in paintings and in sketching as well as in our lives.
I´m a next to constant humming, drumming person and there is almost always a tune lingering about in my head when I´m in a good mood.
Yes, and we have all that heartbeat following us through our life as also those first waves pushing to our ears before we even were born.
And we haven´t yet been talking about the dancing shoes and the rhytm of our work.
These young musicians in the picture were playing in the schoolyard some years ago.
I carried them home in my head and made this painting.
